At Castilion, we believe that all children should have the opportunity to develop their leadership potential.  There are many informal opportunities given to children to do this and we provide many formal opportunities to develop leadership as well.  Children do this through becoming a member of different groups like:

• Rights Respecting Champions
• Sports Leaders
